The USA Today/ESPN Coaches Poll for the week of Jan. 16 is out, and there's some big changes all over. One of the only constants on the list is the top two, which remains Syracuse at No. 1 with a 19-0 record and Kentucky at No. 2, sporting a 17-1 record, with the lone loss coming to the Indiana Hoosiers. Baylor moved up into the top three with a 17-0 record, while Duke and Missouri round out the top five, moving up from six and nine, respectively.

That means the Ohio State Buckeyes fell out of the top five once again, dropping to No. 6 with a 16-3 record. They're dropping back out of the top five due to a 79-74 defeat at the hands of Illinois on Jan. 10, but may have scored a couple points by avenging an earlier loss to the Indiana Hoosiers with a dominating 80-63 win just a day before the rankings went live.

For the rest of the top ten, Kasnas, North Carolina, Michigan State and Murray State round it out. Syracuse received all 31 of the first-place votes.
