One of the biggest reasons for Ohio State's success is linebacker Storm Klein, who has been earning more and more playing time, as noted by Cleveland.com. The Ohio St. Buckeyes are 6-0 on the season and heading into a matchup against their 2-3 Big Ten rivals, the Indiana Hoosiers.
Klein is not a full-time linebacker in the Katzenmoyer or Speilman mold. He generally comes off the field in the nickel formation, but that's likely to change going forward. Fellow senior linebacker Etienne Sabino broke his leg and will likely be out for a while.
Klein will likely be counted on to step up and play just about every down on defense alongside sophomore Ryan Shazier. It's a big step for Klein, who was suspended for two-games following charges of domestic violence from the summer (the charges were dropped). He's been a big catalyst for success and will be taking on even more responsibility as the Buckeyes search for 7-0.
