Purdue vs. Ohio State 2012: TV schedule, game time, spread and more

The Buckeyes will try to remain undefeated against the Boilermakers in a Big Ten battle on Saturday.

The unbeaten Ohio State Buckeyes host the Purdue Boilermakers in a Big Ten Leaders division contest on early Saturday afternoon.

Ohio State (7-0, 3-0 in the Big Ten) is led by quarterback and Heisman Trophy candidate Braxton Miller, who has thrown for 1,271 yards, 11 touchdowns and four interceptions this season while also rushing for 912 yards and nine touchdowns. The Buckeyes survived a late rally by the Indiana Hoosiers last Saturday to win a shootout on the road, 52-49. In that contest, Miller threw for 211 yards and two touchdowns while also rushing for 149 yards and a touchdown.

Meanwhile, the Boilermakers (3-3, 0-2 in the Big Ten) are in the midst of a two-game losing skid, dropping contests to the Michigan Wolverines and, last week, the Wisconsin Badgers, as they continue to strive towards their first conference win of the season.

According to OddsShark, the game spread opened this week with Ohio State as 14½-point favorites, but the line has since grown to 18½-points in favor of the Buckeyes.

Kickoff is set for 11 a.m. CT at Ohio Stadium, and the game will be televised on ABC/ESPN2.
