The AP Top 25 has come out, and with it comes a couple changes near the top, but many more near the bottom. While Kentucky remains in first place with 63 of the first-place votes, there's some shakeups just outside of the top five. Syracuse sits at No. 2 with a pair of first-place votes, while Missouri is at No. 4 and North Carolina maintains its position at No. 5. Kansas moves up a spot in the rankings, and Florida jumps into the top ten at No. 8. The undefeated Murray State is at No. 9, up a spot from last week, while Duke falls from No. 7 to No. 10.
That means the Ohio State Buckeyes are the other team in the top five, coming in at No. 3, maintaining their spot from last week as they sit on a five-game winning streak. They beat Wisconsin in thier last outing, and Michigan before them. Three of their five victories on this streak have been ranked opponents.
Next, the Buckeyes will have a game against Purdue, and have four games remaining against ranked opponents. For the full Top 25, check out the rankings here.
