The Wolfpack didn't grab their first lead until a three-pointer by C.J. Williams with three minutes left in the half put them up 27-25, capping off a 12-0 run. Trailing by as many as eight, the Wolfpack finished the half on a 15-2 run to take the three-point halftime lead. Williams finished the half with a game-high nine points.
Georgetown turned the ball over five times during NC State's run and had nine overall. The Hoyas are being led by guard Jason Clark's six points and three assists, but he's just 1-for-5 shooting.
